These Terms apply exclusively to business clients. Conflicting terms of the client shall not apply.
2. Services
Services include IT consulting, information security audits (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX) and related advisory services. No certification or success is guaranteed.
3. Client Cooperation
The client shall provide all required information and access in due time.
4. Fees
Fees and expenses are defined in the offer. Prices are net of applicable taxes.
5. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Confidentiality
All non‑public information shall be treated as confidential without time limitation.
7. Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with GDPR.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Angers, France.
